Our rice line processes up to 150 tonnes of paddy a day. Buyers in Iraq favour long-grain rice, while customers in Europe, Northern Cyprus and Türkiye ask for medium-grain and Baldo varieties. Broken rice goes to baby-food makers and retail brands.
Nothing is wasted: bran and husk from milling are sold on to the animal feed sector.
